Our aluminum ACG1 Series provides maximum contact between the PC card and the heat sink. It works with a screw actuated wedge lock which will reliability lock a PC card in place with the minimum of force on the card. We offer standard lengths and finishes, but design variations are available on request.  Our wedge locks are capable of expanding

.275(7.37mm) They may be mounted with screws, adhesives or rivets.  The wedges are aluminum alloy. The hex socket head screws .09(2.5mm) are stainless steel.

The part number to order is: AGC1 followed by the finish option, the screw option, the length and the mounting option.  Part number AGC1-1-VL 2.80-256 is an aluminum  wedge lock with clear coat, a visual lock, 2.80" long with 2-56 tapped holes.
